Terms and conditions of return and refund:

1- Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

2- The products must be in the same original condition and not used.

3- The product must be in its original packaging.

4- Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice) must be provided.

5- Products that require refrigeration cannot be returned or exchanged.

6- In accordance with the Ministry of Health guidelines, products that require a stable temperature (baby milk, baby food, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.

7- Health and beauty products (personal hygiene devices, oral care devices, etc.) can be returned in accordance with public health laws, except in cases of manufacturing defects, within 7 days.

8- Products subject to offers cannot be exchanged or returned except during the offer period and within 14 days of the date of purchase.

9- Please keep the pharmacy barcode on the product and do not remove it.

10- The customer has the full right to refuse to receive any product if it is damaged or does not match what was ordered through the application.

11- In case of complaints or inquiries, please contact customer service directly.

12- The amount due for the product will be refunded upon return of the product in the same condition as received by the customer.

 

Refund policy:

• Upon receiving the returned product, we verify the product and attach the receipt.

• If the returned product is accepted, the amount will be refunded in the same way it was paid. If paid by credit card, the amount will be returned to the account within a certain number of days according to the policies of the card issuer. The duration typically ranges from 3 business days to 21 days.

 

Shipping Policy:

• In the case of product returns, shipping costs cannot be refunded and the shipping cost for returning the product will be deducted from the refund amount.
